This interactive theater performance contains audience participation. The performance incorporates story telling, comedy and magic aimed at helping kids discover the rewards of reading. The show is filled with non-stop action as selected books are featured. (A portion of this program paid with 2018 funds.)

This program uses the elements of magic and optical illusion to help children discover that every time they open a book they embark on an amazing journey where they can explore remarkable worlds, meet outrageous characters and learn how to do extraordinary things. Anecdotal responses will be collected.

Measurable Outcome(s)

The optical illusions amazed the children and they were encouraged to read and to explore books about various subjects including magic and optical illusions.
