Paul Merklein Draws Great Big Faces at the Mankato, Lake Crystal and Mapleton Libraries
The audience will be observed during the program and asked at the end of the program what they enjoyed about the program, what new insights, skills and ideas they received from attending the program and what they felt could be improved on. The audience will enjoy the program while gaining appreciation for a simple art medium and hopefully foster an interest in the vast variety of art that is available to them, both locally and in metropolitan areas.
Observations: Although attendance was not as large as hoped, those in attendance enjoyed the program and felt the combination of drawing and comedy added to an interest in art. The audience was exposed to one form of art which may nurture an interest in other forms of art and the numerous methods that are available.
