Magic of Reading with Curtis Alan Hed
It is anticipated that the young audiences will be entertained by a performer who is committed to sharing his love of books and reading. Participants will learn more about how books can positively affect every aspect and stage of our lives. The end result of this program should be to encourage and promote a habit of learning throughout one’s life.
The audiences at the various presentations of Curtis Hed were entertained and amazed by the professionalism and multiple talents of this young man. They were impressed with the wide range of performing arts and were encouraged to explore the vast collection of books and resources that were available at their public libraries to learn more about magic, comedy, juggling and the other skills presented by Curtis. At the four programs in the county, there were a total of 464 participants.
