Project Overview
Kelly Scott from the Raptor Center provided an educational program with information on a peregrine falcon, screech owl, American kestrel, great horned owl, and a bald eagle. She brought each type of bird she spoke about. The event was an excellent opportunity for the children to learn about these amazing creatures while seeing them up close. Many children asked questions about the birds, and Kelly answered them in a manner that was fun and easy for the children to understand.
