Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

In this class, participants will learn techniques needed to design and create their own jewelry. It is hoped that this skill will inspire an ongoing interest in jewelry design and that participants will continue this hobby on their own. Participant evaluations and anecdotal responses will be collected.

Measurable Outcome(s)

The participants in this class enjoyed the camaraderie of the evening and learning a new skill. Many commented that it was much more difficult than expected to learn what looked like a simple art.
Comments from evaluation forms:
"[I learned] how to be patient and how important centering is."
"New to stamping metal - so much fun! Wonderful instructor."
"[Learned] how to stamp, materials needed. Fun! Interesting! Met new people."
"Learned to make a stamped bracelet. Presenter was excellent."
"[Learned] how to put words on the metal. I thought it was great and hope that it keeps going."
