Project Overview

A year after the sudden and tragic death of her toddler son, Ted, MN author Janet McGee, had a dream where she traveled to Heaven and was able to see and hold Ted one more time, and talk to him about living there. From the colorful and adventurous journey to Heaven, to hearing Ted's positive perspective about his new home, Visiting Ted in Heaven was designed to bring comfort and peace of mind to children who have experienced the death of someone close to them. In a society where death is often a dark and taboo subject, this book is intended to help parents start a simple, direct, and healthy conversation about the death of their loved ones with their children. Ms. McGee will also talk about publishing her book, and the process she went through.
