Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Increase interest in Minnesota history.
Encourage further education and attendance at future performing arts events.
Reinforce the idea that libraries are places to experience cultural or arts programming.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Participants were happy to hear "history come alive." One older lady said it reminded her of her mothers stories. Everyone enjoyed the chance to listen to the speaker and wanted more events like this one. Another comment, when asked if the library is a cultural center, was "Of course it is. We need a bigger library."
