Radio segments that reveal the personal histories, stories, and notable contributions of MN women
$1,775,000 the first year and $1,700,00 the second year are to the Association of Minnesota Public Educational Radio Stations for production and acquisition grants in accordance with Minnesota Statutes section 129D.19.Of this amount, $75,000 the first year is for the Veterans' Voices program to educate and engage communities regarding veterans' contributions, knowledge, skills and experiences with an emphasis on Korean War veterans.
A majority of listeners surveyed will report more knowledge and information about the contributions of Minnesota women. They will also agree that this program reflects the priorities of the ACHF for public broadcasting, specifically increasing access to knowledge and information about Minnesota's cultural heritage.
2) Feedback: We will collect any listener, event attendee, or group participant feedback to assess that the program is reflecting the priorities of the ACHF for public broadcasting, specifically access to knowledge and information about Minnesota's cultural heritage. We will also use feedback to assess whether there is an increase in the number of Minnesotans of all ages, ethnicities, abilities, and incomes who participate in the arts, culture, and history.
