A series that focuses on the arts, culture, and history of a town, lake, or other locale in Minnesota. The series includes live and pre-recorded interviews from 12 different places through each year.
$1,700,000 the first year and $1,775,000 the second year are for Minnesota Public Radio to create programming and expand news service on Minnesota's cultural heritage and history.
1) Survey: A majority of listeners surveyed will report that listening to this program gives them more knowledge and information about the arts, culture, and history of a Minnesota place
2) Broadcast audience estimate: This market is not measured with statistical accuracy. The program will attract a strong audience as determined by member support and listener feedback
3) Participant comparison to resident population: Gather demographic information about interviewees to assure the program appropriately reflects the diversity and culture of the area
4) Feedback: Collect listener and participant feedback to assess that the program is reflecting the priorities of the ACHF for public broadcasting
5) Fiscal audit: The organization will assure fiscal accountability through a clean annual audit
