Vetted Programs – RAD Zoo

Having opened in October 2009, the Reptile & Amphibian Discovery Zoo is already one of the Midwest’s largest reptile displays, and an opportunity for a fun family adventure. Through the Traveling Wildlife Program, The Reptile & Amphibian Discovery Zoo offers traveling wildlife programs where the zoo is brought on location. The highly informative, interactive programs feature a variety of fascinating reptiles and amphibians. The show provides an enjoyable experience for the audience, while instilling a greater understanding of these unique animals and the incredible lives they live. A typical program will include between ten and fifteen different kinds of fascinating reptiles and amphibians, which could include frogs, a salamander, turtles, lizards, snakes, and a small alligator. The show offers an opportunity for the audience to touch some of the animals in a controlled setting.
