$1,700,000 the first year and $1,775,000 the second year are for Minnesota Public Radio to create programming and expand news service on Minnesota's cultural heritage and history.
1) Annual Survey: A majority of listeners surveyed will report that they have more knowledge and information about local culture and historical events
2) Broadcast audience estimate: This market is not measured with statistical accuracy. The program will attract a strong audience as determined by member support and listener feedback
3) Audience feedback: Feedback from the audience will reflect the priorities of the ACHF for public broadcasting, included expanded knowledge, information, and access to arts and Minnesota's cultural heritage
4) Fiscal audit: The organization will assure fiscal accountability through a clean annual audit
