Project Overview

A weekly 2-hour program of music by artists who are from or live in Minnesota. A weekly 2-hour program of music by MN artists and those with a MN connection (formerly from MN, etc). Includes interviews and calendar We will also create a weekly a pre-produced MN Music Note that features a song, profile of a MN musician or band, and upcoming performances by that musician or band (if any).

1) Annual survey: A majority of listeners surveyed will report that they feel more informed about MN musicians and music as a result of listening to this program. They will agree that we have increased locally- and MN-focused content, and increased the number of MN musicians that have their work showcased through public broadcasting
2) Artist feedback: We will also ask for musician feedback, and ask if they agree that this show helps achieve the desired outcomes of the ACHF for public broadcasting, such as supporting a climate that helps sustain their work an increased number of musicians that have their work showcased through public broadcasting
