ACHF Legislative Report and Station Support
Ampers will work with the stations to gather all of the information for and produce the ACHF Legislative reports. In addition, Ampers will provide support to the stations as needed. Support includes but is not limited to assistance with reporting, invoicing, budgeting and compliance as well as assistance with production of radio segments, podcasts, and more.
$1,775,000 the first year and $1,700,00 the second year are to the Association of Minnesota Public Educational Radio Stations for production and acquisition grants in accordance with Minnesota Statutes section 129D.19.Of this amount, $75,000 the first year is for the Veterans' Voices program to educate and engage communities regarding veterans' contributions, knowledge, skills and experiences with an emphasis on Korean War veterans.
This project will help to ensure that Ampers and its member stations properly report all the information required by the ACHF grant and will help to ensure that people will trust Minnesota's stewardship of public arts, culture and history funding.
