Songs on the Lawn/Alive After Five Concerts

KMSU will support the series by paying for MN-based musicians to perform live at the events. Songs on the Lawn takes place in June of FY20 and FY21. Alive After Five takes place in August of FY20 and FY21. KMSU will also interview the bands and/or event organizers and broadcast the 5-to-10-minute interviews prior to the events and providing the musicians with even more exposure. In addition, if they are available, KMSU will provide an opportunity for the bands to briefly perform live in-studio to provide them with access to a broader audience.
