Children and families will learn about yoga and other calming techniques. They will also enjoy a puppet show.
Measurable Outcome(s)
Interactive puppet show with singing and movement. 3 actors told the story of a ship heading to an island and what things might take the ship off course. Did yoga exercises and quiet imagining to calm the seas. Kids and adults participated together. The audience learned concrete ideas for calming down and focusing on the present. Very well done. Excellent workshop - great for kids ages 3-12 and adults.
