1396 participants attended the 41 arts programs for kids, teens, & families this summer. 647 people enjoyed 7 music and storytelling programs for families, while 761 participants gained new skills in the 34 arts workshops for teens, elementary, and families.
260 participants responded to evaluation prompts in 21 arts workshops. 67% of participants indicated that they “learned something new at this program” (20% responded that they “might have learned something new” and 13% responded that they “didn’t learn anything new”). 80% indicated that they “want to keep doing this” (18%: “I may try this again”) – at our staff-led arts workshops, all participants were given a take-home piece so they could continue developing their skill at home.
