Patrons will develop a sense of appreciation and mutual understanding across cultures through art. Patrons will check out books, DVDs and CDs about Asian cultures. Patrons will learn interesting facts about Asian American art, music, culture and traditions. Patrons from a diverse background will feel welcomed in the library.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Patrons developed a sense of appreciation and mutual understanding across cultures by learning how to make Korean Cards and celebrating Japan Children's Day. Patrons checked out books, DVDs or CDs about Asian cultures. Patrons learned interesting facts about Asian American art, music, culture and traditions. Patrons from a diverse background felt welcome in the library.
