Project Overview

A Cooperative two-year program between MELSA, the Washington County Historical Society (WCHS) and the Washington County Library.

Year One - Preparation year in which Civil War letters will be transcribed for publication in Year Two by April 2011 and WCHS materials are prepared for display in the Washington County Library.

Measurable Outcome(s)

160 hours of transcription and other preparation of the letters of Samuel Bloomer and Adam Marty for publication.40 hours of selection, preparation and preservation of original WCHS materials for dispaly at Washington County Library branches completed by June, 2010
