523 people stopped by the library table at this event and picked up brochures, talked about summer reading and learned about upcoming library events. Every child and teen received a pen and a fishing notebook to write down their fishing adventures. A suggestion sheet was included to get them started writing. Many kids expressed an interest in the writing activity. Unfortunately the library did not receive a single fishing story during the summer.
