Project Overview

Dakota County Library sponsored a series with the Minneapolis based organization - The Okee Dokee Brothers. The organization's mission is to remind children (and adults) of their intrinsic ability to discover, imagine and create through music. The Okee Dokee Brothers provide performances that engage children with a program called "Music Edu-tainment". The group invlves every student through audience participation, instrument recognition, music appreciation and a myriad of other interactive songs and activities.

Total Attendance: 629 people

A new favorite program group in Dakota County. Everyone in the audience loved their performances. There was a real and perceivable warmth about their shows. Lots of audience interaction and participation.
