Project Overview
Teens from the local White Bear School District Highschools worked with a local artist from the White Bear Center for the Arts to create a mural in the Teen Room of the White Bear Lake Branch Library of the Ramsey County Library System. The program was sponsored by the Ramsey County Library in partnership with the White Bear Center for the Arts.
