Mounds View Library provided a program for young people where a local artist taught the basics of creating cartoon fairies and princesses. Program sponsored by the Ramsey County Library.

Children spent an afternoon with local artist Scott Rolfs and learned the basics of creating cartoon fairies and princesses! For children 8 to 12 years old.
