Dakota County Library - Meet the Instruments
Dakota County Library sponsors a program in partnership with Groth Music of Bloomington. Attendees will meet and play a dozen or so instruments.

Organizational Partner: Groth Music, Bloomington - Contributed staff time and store materials for program at deep discount.
Program was a very good introduction to musical instruments for young children. It provided a relaxed atmosphere that promotes experimentation and exploration.
Measurable Outcomes may be collected by survey, anecdotal responses, pre-test/post-test, observations; End user change in Behavior, Attitude, Skills, Knowledge, Condition and/or Status.
Children and their parents have the opportunity to see, touch and play all sorts of instruments; perhaps this will trigger musical interest in a child.
