Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Attending Teen Lit Con will allow teens a more in-depth look at the literature they read and love, and to hear from their favorite authors about what inspires them and how they go about their writing process.

Measurable Outcome(s)

All participants rated this opportunity as 'great' or 'very good.' When asked what impressed them the most, teens talked about seeing and hearing from the authors, whether it was "hearing authors talk about their tips for young writers", "how authors got through their problems, inspired people and helped other people through their work." Teens stated they learned a lot about the writing process and "how much it takes to write a book."
