One Book Willmar
One Book Willmar offers the community an opportunity to read, think, talk, listen, and grow together. Everyone reads the same book and then gathers to discuss. "Wintering" by Peter Geye is the featured book. Geye will present about his writing and answer questions from the audience.

One Book Willmar will bring people together to share a common literary experience. It exposes participants to new perspectives, voices, and themes. Participants will learn about the author of this year's selection, his writing process, and his insights on writing fiction.
Participants learned about the writing and research process including stories about the North Shore, the author himself, and insights of fiction writing. Participants appreciated the opportunity for discussion with the author.
