Advanced Family History Research Series
In partnership with the McLeod County Museum & Historical Society, a series of Advanced Family History Research sessions were held as part of the ongoing Family History Research sessions.

1)Those participating in the Family History Research series will come away with a broader base knowledge of family history research, and will take with them at least one new skill which they can then apply to their own family research.
Topics covered in the Advanced Family History Research series were 1) Writing and Publishing your Family's History 2) How to Join Family History Societies 3) How to Prepare for an Overseas Family History Research Trip. Attendee comments include: 'This series of classes were very worthwhile for me. Helped me to be more confident in finding information on my ancestors.'
