Participants will be swept away by the live theatre production of 'Mama Mia' . Following the performance they will be treated to a back stage tour and informational session where they will learn much about the history of the Ordway, the structure of plays, and how a production happens.
Everyone enjoyed the production - and much was learned from the back stage tour given by Ordway staff following the performance. The Orway has a rich history - and many comments quoted knowledge gained about Sally Ordway, for whom the theatre was named. Several stated that the production changed their view of theatre in general (appreciated it more now from not only the tour but the production itself), and many comments of appreciation for the ability given to rural Minnesotans to enjoy an opportunity like this that may not normally be feasible for them.
