Professor Marvels DIY Magic Show
Professor Marvel combines the art of magic with literacy while interacting with his audience. This program will feature magic tricks that deal with learning how to complete "DIY" projects - and will feature DIY and design books.

The children, and adults, who attend will enjoy watching and participating in the magic show. They will experience the art of magic?and the magic of books.
Most of the children who attended this event had been to library events before, however there were about 10 people at the Dassel program who had never attended any library programs before and were really happy they had come to this fun program. The children learned about books they could use to create their own origami projects or magic wands, as well as books that taught them about the magic of gardening like in the 'Secret Garden.'
