Merri Vacura: Jewelry Stamping
Local patron and artist Merri Vacura visited several libraries in our region throughout the year, teaching small workshops on jewelry stamping. She provided materials and instruction for participants to be able to leave with a new piece of jewelry.

We expected that after this workshop participants would have learned something new about jewelry stamping. We hoped they would learn a new skill and also that it would increase their interest in this subject matter. We distributed evaluations after each program.
100% of respondents said that after participating in this program they had learned something new about jewelry stamping. 93% said that they enjoyed this program because it helped them to learn a new skill. 98% said that this program increased their interest in this artist and/or jewelry stamping techniques. Comments included, 'Thank you for offering classes, please do again. Great job- thanks!' and, 'this was some of the most excited people that I have seen at a library event!'
In Greenbush food and drink was provided. In Hallock, use of city hall was provided free of charge and volunteers provided assistance setting and cleaning up.
