$1,470,000 the first year and $1,666,000 the second year are to the Association of Minnesota Public Educational Radio Stations for production and acquisition grants in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 129D.19.
1. Survey: Listeners will report that they have more knowledge of and information about local cultural/historical events and sites
2. Audience: The program will continue to attract a strong audience as determined by fundraising response, feedback from listeners, and placement in the broadcast schedule (audience will be estimated--this radio market is not measured with statistical accuracy).
3. Feedback: Feedback from the audience (email, Facebook, website statistics, survey comments) will reflect the priorities of the ACHF for public broadcasting, including expanded knowledge, information, and access to arts, and MN's cultural heritage.
4. Audit: The organization will assure fiscal responsibility through a clean audit that fairly represents the finances of Northern Community Radio
