Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

1) Annual survey: A majority of survey respondents who have attended one or more of the events or listened to the radio special will affirm that their knowledge and access to Minnesota music and Minnesota writers have been increased through this series. A majority of these respondents will also affirm that they believe the series helps support the local music scene and local writers and storytellers.
2) Estimated broadcast audience: This radio market is not measured with statistical accuracy. The program will continue to attract a strong audience as determined by fundraising response, feedback from listeners, and placement in the broadcast schedule
3) Musician, writer, audience, and listener feedback: We will collect and share all feedback from those who participate in or are affected by this project. If the project is successful, musicians, writers and storytellers will feel that their participation has increased their exposure, thereby increasing their ability to generate revenue through their artistry
4) Fiscal audit: The organization will assure fiscal responsibility through a clean audit that fairly represents the finances of Northern Community Radio
