$1,470,000 the first year and $1,666,000 the second year are to the Association of Minnesota Public Educational Radio Stations for production and acquisition grants in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 129D.19.
Listeners will report that they have more knowledge of and information about local cultural/historical events and sites This market is not measured with statistical accuracy. The program will continue to attract a strong audience as determined by fundraising response and feedback from listener. Track number, ages and cultural backgrounds of program participants to assure that the program reflects the population of the area Track and list to assure the program covers diverse parts of the listening region Collected feedback from participants and the audience will reflect the priorities of the ACHF, such as preservation of historic resources and events for future generations, expanded knowledge about cultural heritage, the audience's experience of a creative skill, etc. The organization will assure fiscal responsibility through a clean audit that fairly represents the finances of Northern Community Radio
