Project Overview

3 day music festival held in September featuring local musicians in a family friendly venue. Over 100 musicians will performing in various acts over the 3 days. This is a destination weekend for many Minnesotans. A children's tent engages many youth to participate in creating art projects.

The festival will engage diverse communities, reach Minnesotans of all ages, create new partnerships, and broadly share content and information about arts, Minnesota history, or culture. Increase in the locally focused content with regional artists and writers with Minnesota focused content produced & showcased by public radio. Increased potential for artists in Minnesota to earn income from their art & more artists have their work showcased on public broadcasting.
