Many people did not know about the mill or that Minnesota had the largest flour mill in the USA. The learned that Betty Crocker and Gold Medal Flour were created in Minnesota. Many had never been to the State Capitol and were delighted that a tour was offered so they could see the wonderful paintings, marble (Ortonville Stone) and arcitecture of the building.
