Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

How much the CCC program helped out the families of the participants. Imagine earning $30 a month and having to send $25 home to your family. But you got food, clothes and a warm bed and worked your butt off. Group seemed very impressed with the benefits of the CCC program. None that I know of. Just smarter people.
