The Boogers Are Back! The Adventures of a Rock Named Sticky by the Duluth Playhouse
The intended outcome of the program is to stimulate patron imagination, creativity and interest in different art, music and culture. It will also expose patrons to new art formats as well as create access to professional live art through dynamic history players. A survey was distributed to receive feedback from those attending the programs.
Surveys were distributed to participants at all programs. 61% strongly agreed that this was an enjoyable experience and 63% strongly agreed that they would attend a similar event. Comments: I liked that it was entertaining and interactive while including history lessons. I like how much my daughter loves the arts! I liked the silliness, creative, great acting and engaged kids! I love the simple props and how they modeled how we could do something similar at home. I would love to bring my son to more plays!
21 libraries provided space (or partnered with two schools), staff, and additional promotion for the programs and approximately 21 regional newspapers provided marketing through press releases, photos and interviews with artists and performers.
