The audience will learn the ins and outs of organic farming and cooking/eating locally in Minnesota. They will also learn about the struggles and benefits to running one's own business.
Measurable Outcome(s)
Many in the collected surveys commented that they learned a lot about organic farming and the chemicals that can affect your food. Many were surprised to learn that there are also a large number of people wanting to be involved in clean eating. Many also commented on what it takes to become involved and educated to support a cause.
