Through the live creation of a giant mural, Steve demonstrates the history of the search for the Mississippi River head waters throughout Minnesota. The program took place at eight locations across the LARL region from March 11 to March 13, 2014.

Those in attendance will witness the creation of live art, learn about the history of the search for the Mississippi River head waters, explore the geographical aspects of our region and be thoroughly engaged and entertained.

Measurable Outcome(s)

A sample of survey results asking "what did you like best about the program" are: I learned about the origin of so many names of towns; very informative and entertaining; the ability to see history come to life in front of you.
