Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Participants will learn: what is was like to grow up as a child in Nazi Germany; what is was like to immigrate from Germany to Minnesota; what is was like to be a young bride in a new country where you didn’t even speak the language; about writing and publishing your work.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Surveys were collected from attendees. The program was rated very high. Comments from the surveys included that people enjoyed the story of a common citizen's life in Germany and just hearing about the life of people in Germany under Hitler. People liked that Annelee actually lived her story. The presentation was very personal and unbiased.
