Project Overview
Margaret Burger will offer two hands-on workshops designed to encourage creativity. Each of these workshops will be offered twice. The first workshop will demonstrate and engage youth in building a toy theater. The second workshop will demonstrate and engage youth in creating their own finger puppets.

Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Youth will have the opportunity to learn how to create a specific object and will then have an opportunity to create on their own. Youth and families will be asked to fill out evaluation forms. In addition, the Bagley Librarian will share anecdotal stories heard and will share observations.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Children who participated in the workshops were asked to fill out evaluations, all evaluations were rated very high. Children enjoyed the hands on program and being able to create both the theatre sets and puppets.
