Project Overview

Waseca-Le Sueur Regional Library System libraries hosted a dazzling and baffling magical show at six different libraries within our system. The performances combined Asian magic and dance, stories, music, poetry along with baffling magic tricks. Minnesota performer Magical Mia focused on the sleight of hand and illusions involving bubbles, flowers, umbrellas, scarves, gems, pearls, butterflies, and more. Mia also shared her immigrant story. Kids reacted with loud Oooohs and Ahhhhs.
