Kids as Artists
Our goal at ArtSplash Art Fair is getting kids interested in learning about and producing their own art. A common theme at the Taylor Library is to start kids when they are young and help them develop a love for reading and the arts. At ArtSplash, we provided a children's make-and-take art booth. Each hour we had a new craft so the kids could keep coming back and make something different.

Learn a new skill
Every child completed a project and walked away happy with what they made. The lines were short and there were many supplies so many kids could work at once. All kids seemed to take pride in their work.
