Project Overview
Arn Kind separated the myths from the facts about piracy, from ancient times to modern day pirates. He covered what life aboard a ship is really like, what the dangers were, and why people chose to live the pirate life. The Waseca event took place on International Talk Like Pirate Day. As part of the event, Kind had audience members dress up like a pirate, have sword fights and pistol duels and a man the cannon. It was very well-received.
