Project Overview

Minnesota author Monica Ferris gave a presentation on her “Needlework Mystery” series and her fabric arts hobby. She also sold and autographed books. The library did a display of various fabric art pieces from various area fabric artists. Pieces included: quilts, lacework, tatting, crochet, embroidery and cross-stitch.

  • learned more about the craft of writing and how characters and stories are created and more about fabric art through Ferris’s presentation and the art display.
