Project Overview

42nd Street Jazz presented a concert and dance featuring the music of “The Greatest Generation at the ITOW (In Their Own Words) Veterans Museum in Perham. Viking Library System promoted its fall “Minnesota’s Greatest Generation” series of programs with printed schedules and a table display.

The museum was a particularly appropriate setting because it focuses on oral history tapes of veteran’s talking about their military experiences.
