Winona Area Community members were encouraged to "read it, pass it on, and join in" the conversation revolving around The Second Mountain by David Brooks. There are four activitives along with the book, including discussions and a showing of the film, "The Economics of Happiness".

Winona Area Community members were encouraged to "read it, pass it on, and join in" the conversation revolving around The Second Mountain by David Brooks. There are four activitives along with the book, including discussions and a showing of the film, "The Economics of Happiness". This was chosen as it was Mental Health Awareness month. The book and discussions applies well for those looking to impove their wellbeing.
Respondants said that they learned about important issues with a sense of community involvement. The programs were thought provoking and made them excited to finish reading the book.
