Funtime Funktions Global Games
Global Games teaches about the fun side of world cultures as attendees are introduced to a variety of toys and games from different countries. Volunteers are chosen and almost immediately show how easy they are to play and experience success, and at the end everyone has a chance to show off what they?ve learned through featured mini performances of their own! Global Games helps kids develop skills and build self esteem while gaining new respect for world cultures.

Attendees will have enhanced knowledge and understanding of the topic. Attendees will have a positive experience at the library. After seeing this program, people will want to return to the library for future programs. Patrons and librarians will express that vetted programs are of high quality. Surveys will be handed out following events.
All but one person agreed that they enjoyed the program and would return to see other programs the library has to offer. Most learned something new about the topic of games presented. Audience members had this to say about the program, "The performer taught a lot about the history of toys and games - great program!" and "Thank you! Plainview Library is amazing!"
