Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

To have participants recognize the library is a place to experience quality programming.
Increase participants' knowledge of different arts and cultural heritage topics/programs.
Expose library patrons to arts, performances, events they may not otherwise have the opportunity to experience in their community.

Evaluations were done using surveys, focus groups, and/or interviews.

Measurable Outcome(s)

It was "a great performance -- very interactive and professional," that Dave did a great job "linking it all back to reading. . . and encouraging them to check out books about. . . hobbies" of all kinds, that he was "entertaining, held the kids' attention, informative," that he showed "considerable skill," and finally that they appreciated him using volunteers from the audience.
"He was entertaining and fun to watch for all ages." "Everything." "Teaching." "Interaction - understanding kids developmentally." "Broke down the steps and skills for yoyo tricks." "It was entertaining, fun, learned a lot." "The tricks, especially knocking chip off ear." "Entertainer, sense of humor." "Friendly delivery & interaction & teaching how to yoyo."
Dave is truly an amazing entertainer! The children were engaged for the entire time! I would highly recommend him.
