The purchase of 68 acres of mixed upland deciduous and conifer forest. Tree species are red oak, aspen and jack pine. There is over 2600 feet of shore line on Bladder Lake, a lake with little development. This parcel borders Crow Wing Chain WMA on two sides. If not acquired for an addition to the WMA, this property will likely be developed and the habitat degraded.
