A series of three cooking presentations and authors will give presentations at the Milaca Community Library in the fall of 2016. Authors include Beth Dooley and a representative from the Mill City Museum. The third is yet to be determined.

Attendees will be exposed to multiple aspects of cooking and it's relationship to Minnesota culture. They will also learn about the history of food and cooking and talk with local Minnesota authors and experts on cooking.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Attendees will be exposed to three different food cuisines presented by Minnesota cookbook authors. They will learn about the history of baking in Minnesota along with the farm to table aspect of using food grown from local Minnesota farms and cooking it for your family.
